Tom has a background in property having previously worked for a property management company. He joined PDL in 2009 after graduating from Reading University with a 2:1 in Modern History and Politics.

Tom is a member of the APPC and is working towards his Consultation Institute Accreditation. He lives in Limpsfield, Surrey where he is a Parish Councillor holding planning responsibilities.
