David is PDL’s newest member, joining in October 2010 from Insight Public Affairs. At PDL David is responsible for monitoring Parliament and in particular the Localism Bill. He has attended all Parliamentary activity relating to the Bill and has provided regular updates to the PDL intelligence and twitter pages.

David has extensive experience of Local Government and was the Labour candidate for the 2007 District and County Council elections in Warwickshire.
